We are the organizers of India's first and only annual conference to empower women & men by encouraging a holistic approach towards a fulfilling work & family life. It is also the only event that focuses on bridging the ever widening chasm between the old patriarchal system that keeps gender inequality thriving, by including sessions for men and women to work together.  

 

A powerful, fun, inspiring event that will help urban women to empower themselves by understanding their rights and providing them with an experiential tool kit to better manage their internal & external resources.
 

It's essential that applicants to this position have excellent communication skills, demonstrate creativity, and understand the importance of attending to even the smallest details.

Public Relations Intern - Corporate Sector

Students or young professionals applying for this internship must have strong communication skills and should (preferred) be majoring in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or Journalism; others may also apply.

 

Applicants should also have strong writing skills, as well as a solid understanding of search engine usage.

 

Only Interns proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications should apply.

 

We require a high level of integrity and commitment in our interns.

Responsibilities
  • You will be involved mainly in dealing with existing and prospective corporate clients.

  • Schedule and coordinate speaking engagements, meetings, workshops, and other special events

  • Write press releases and other materials

  • Search and make a list of companies which invest in initiatives for women as a part of their Corporate Social Responsibility.

  • Screen phone calls

  • Assist with mailings and print

  • Compile contact lists

  • Create or update databases

Public Relations Intern -

Social Promotion

Are you obsessed with finding and sharing stories online? Do your friends look to you on Facebook and Twitter for the latest trends, ideas, and online memes?

 

Our ideal candidate is someone who walks into a room of people and can’t leave without making a few friends. Someone who is obsessed with social media and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with online communities and building relationships.

What you will learn
  • How to create a long term social media plan.
  • Relationship building with our online community by maintaining Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other media accounts.
  • Create compelling content that will be shared by influencers.
  • Plenty of additional opportunities in related projects.
Requirements
  • Background in Marketing, Communication, non-profit management or other related discipline.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • A high level of integrity and commitment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office.

  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.

  • Creative and Flexible.

  • Familiarity with social networking sites.

  • Interested in the issues equal access to learning resources and generally socially conscious individual

  • Interest in nonprofit management and community development.

Public Relations Intern - Administration

Do you always focus on getting things done and keeping it organized? Are you fond of meeting new people for work? Are you entrepreneurial? And do you dream of making a change and impacting this world? If yes, then here is the place for you!

 

Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to be a change maker, is entrepreneurial, dedicated and willing to learn.

What you will learn
  • Networking with people in a professional manner and business communication.

  • Using Google to crack almost all your questions, search engine skills.

  • Working with people who may not always match your frequency.

  • Work ethics development, skill development and growth of entrepreneurial abilities.

We value all of our interns and go the extra mile to make sure you receive a learning experience that fits your career goals.  You will become extremely knowledgeable in online communication understanding of the right tactics to combine online marketing with overarching outreach goals in a professional setting.  You will also learn how to work in a professional environment and have ample opportunity to network with department leaders and other professionals in the non-profit sector.
